WeightLossandFitnessProgrammeThis programme is specifically designed to target weight loss and improve your fitness and strength levels. The programme is tailored to your needs and Polly will progress you week on week in your exercise workouts to obtain maximum results. A variety of exercise methods will be included such as; resistance work, weight training, cardiovascular training, stretching, relaxation to help you in all areas of you health, fitness and well being.

Along side your exercise routine to target weight loss, there will be a nutritional plan put in place for you, which your trainer will work with you on. The nutritional plan will include clean healthy eating and encourage habit change with your relationship with food and drink. Recipes, meal planning, how to eat out healthily and the information on the science behind food and nutrition is also included.
