If it’s a personal training package you requires where you want to increase your muscle tone, want to work on your resistance or cardiovascular fitness, then again these are areas of training that Polly can work with you on. From a Sports Science backgroud, Polly will analyse all aspects of your training to maximise your results.

This can be done on an individual basis or if you have a group of friends, NCT group, work colleagues or other ladies who are interested, this can be done on a group basis. Please see our personal training and online programmes for details and prices.

Whilst pregnant with my first son I approached Polly to help me maintain my fitness in the lead up to his birth.
