HealingandWellbeingProgrammeThis programme is designed for women who have sadly suffered the loss of their baby either whilst they were pregnant, during labour or after their baby has been born. The programme is a sensitive and bespoke programme of exercise, nutritional advice and relaxation to help in the healing process of restoring your body physically and helping mentally too.

Instead of struggling to fit in with exercise classes with others or being unsure of what to do exercise wise after you have lost your baby, this programme sensitively helps you become stronger, fitter and healthier.

The programme is available to women in and around Swindon and Marlborough, Wiltshire and also online with regular contact with our specialised Pre and Postnatal Exercise Specialist.

This is a particular area of work close to my heart and I hope to be able to assist and support those women who may benefit from this service.

The programme includes; Regular exercise sessions, core and pelvic floor strengthening movements, breathing techniques, stretching, relaxation techniques, nutritional advice, dietary analysis and meal planning, ongoing regular support either in person or via skype, email and phone.

I have many years experience of helping in the healing process after women have lost their baby, so please be re-assured that the programme will be sensitive to your needs and also effective in reaching the goals you wish for.
