BumpFitnessOur safe and specialised Pregnancy exercise and nutrition programme is designed to keep you fit, healthy and strong throughout your Pregnancy. The programme has been carefully developed by our highly experienced Pre & Postnatal Exercise Specialist and Sports Scientist, to ensure that the exercises are safe, effective and purposeful to meet the needs of Pregnant women.

Sessions include regular Exercise sessions with our Instructor, which are a combination of aerobic fitness moves (movements to get your heart beating…not too much though!), strengthening, toning and core and pelvic floor strengthening movements, core breathing, postural checks and finishing with some stretching and relaxation to leave you nicely relaxed.

Pregnancy nutritional advice and assistance with meal planning is also on hand as well as regular contact with your Instructor.

Available in and around the Swindon and Marlborough areas in Wiltshire, but Online programmes offering the same content are available too.

Sessions are suitable for all pregnant women after you have had your 12 week scan up until your baby arrives.
