At Bump and Beyond we run Specific and Safe exercise workouts for women throughout their Pregnancy, after Childbirth and further into Motherhood.

Our 7 Day HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Workout will run you through 7 days of HIIT training workouts, which are designed to burn fat (and after the workout too), improve your cardiovascular fitness, tone up muscles and are fast moving and changeable, so you never get bored!

The workouts are aimed at mums who have restored their pelvic floor and core abdominal muscles following childbirth and have done some form of exercise post baby’s arrival.  These are fast moving, high impact, total body conditioning workouts which are fun and you’ll get great results!
