Welcome to the 7 Day New Mum Workout

At Bump and Beyond we run Specific and Safe exercise workouts for women throughout their Pregnancy, after Childbirth and further into Motherhood.

Our 7 Day New Mum Workout will run you through 7 days of exercise and movement routines to show you exercises you can do safely following childbirth to help; in easing you back into exercise, aiding in restoring the strength in your pelvic floor and core abdominal muscles, increasing your fitness and aiding weight loss.

The workouts are aimed at mums who have been signed off to exercise by their Health Professional following childbirth, but also for mums who perhaps need to focus on restoring their muscles before embarking on other high impact exercises.
