Bump and Beyond’s Pre & Postnatal Exercise Specialist and Personal Trainer, Polly, offers Personal training sessions and small group training sessions to Pregnant women and mums in the Swindon and Marlborough areas in Wiltshire.
Payment to be made in full or paid monthly by BACS or card machine.
Individual Personal Training
Each of our programmes is tailor made to your needs and involves a variety of exercises which will progress week on week to meet your goals. Individual sessions are with Polly and can take place at your home or in a local park
Programmes can be designed for those who are pregnant and requiring a more personalised programme, or a specific postnatal programme tailored to meet your needs after you’ve had your baby or for any mummy who is wanting an Individual exercise and nutrition programme for weight loss, increasing muscle tone, improving strength and cardiovascular fitness, improving your mental health or sports specific training.
With all payment options it’s preferable that payment is made in advance, but please speak with us if you would prefer to spread the costs.
Each session is approximately one hour in total and included in your first session there will also be a 20 minute Free Consultation. Individual sessions will need to be within a 10 mile radius of Swindon, SN1, Wiltshire. If you live outside of that radius, please do still contact me as we may still be able to arrange something.
Group Fitness sessions
Working our with others is a great way to exercise, have fun and motivate one another, as well as spreading the cost.
We offer group sessions for up to 5 women or we can run sessions for more if you have a room/ venue/ space available and big enough or a local park.
Examples of group sessions which I have run before include; group of friends, an NCT group, group of mums, group with a similar goal e.g. baby weight loss/ run a 5 k, mum and daughter etc. I can also run sessions for couples, if you have similar goals.

Sessions are brilliant! It’s great that I’m active as a new mum, the sessions are enjoyable and it makes you work too! Instructions are really clear and it’s helpful being reminded about setting your tummy muscles throughout. I can definitely see my fitness improving, my tummy muscles strengthening and toning my muscles. The exercises are also transferable into my gym routines too. I love the sessions and would definitely recommend to other new mums.
I started with Polly when I was just 16 weeks pregnant with my daughter. The hourly session was fantastic i always felt engergised afterwards, and slept amazingly that night! The class was very much tailored to pregnant women of all stages, and whilst you felt you had a workout it was also very relaxing too! I then went onto Polly’s post natal work out class & that really started to get me back into shape again. I also went on to do Polly’s Mummy Bootcamp & personal training sessions. These were a lot tougher but really started to get me in shape, I was using muscle groups I hadn’t used for nearly 2 years! I felt fitter, more confident & whilst I only lost a couple of pounds of weight i was much stronger, toned & felt better about myself. I was even in a bikini that summer! I cant recommend Polly enough from pregnancy right through to when you have had your children. Polly is very professional & so personable I never felt embarrassed doing the workouts & she was always available when I had questions. She is genuinely a lovely person and I felt that as shes a mum of two she could really relate to all the mummy’s & mummy’s to be.
I went to sessions with Polly and Bump and Beyond for 9 months following the birth of my son. I started off attending the post natal exercise classes. Being able to take my son to the class made it much easier for me to go and the exercises started gently and built up slowly. I then went on to do personal training sessions with Polly. These were focused on what I wanted to achieve and each week Polly would devise an individualised programme for me. The sessions helped get me become strong again and were a lot of fun. Polly also advised me on nutrition to help “rebuild a mum”. Polly was so supportive through-out and she is a great personal trainer.
